how long does it take?


Select your Production Time in the online Designer.

EXPRESS - 24HR
Black & White Tees only. Available in the Staple, Paper, Maple & Wafer tees. All other rush order items may be subject to a $25 airbag fee if higher qty needed.

RUSH - 2- 3 DAYS
Available in most products in Black and White only. 
 

STANDARD - 4-10 DAYS
Standard production on non-inventory items that need to be special ordred in.

 

CAN I ORDER ONLINE?


Yes you can! We are a fully D.I.Y Site:

1. Select the product you would like & start designing

2. Select the production time you require, the colour & size of the tee.

3. Add a design, text or team name. If you're not ready to order just yet, you can save your design to come back to it later down the bottom with the save button. 

4. BUY! Add to cart, enter your details and any notes you'd like to leave for our team & pay online.

CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?


Login to your account, go to:

My Account > Purchases.

This will show if your order is Awaiting Processing, or is In Production being printed.

Once it is printed, this will show as Shipped for all orders including orders being Collected from the store. You will also recieve a confirmation email letting you know it is done with a tracking link. 

Is there a minimum order?


We have no minimum orders, all orders under 20 units are fully D.I.Y. 

 If you have any orders of 20+ please feel free to send us a quote request, your design and when you need it for, and we can get back to you with the best decoration process for you.

Can I pick up?


Yes you can! Just select  Collection from store on checkout,  and you can collect from our warehouse in Osborne Park.
Please make sure to wait for your order completion confirmation email to let you know your order is ready.

We also offer Standard or Express freight with Australia Post, Australia wide. 

Can I supply my own?


Unfortunately not, no. We print exclusively on AS Colour stock & other local suppliers, as we have tested their items extensively for durability & print quality.

i lost my design, what can i do?


You should have received an automatic email inviting you to complete your order if you added in your details. Click on the link in this email to complete your design/order. If this does not work, check “My Account” section for your Designs and Saved Layouts.

How does pricing work?


1. The number of garments to be Decorated

2. The number of prints on the shirts i.e. Front only or front and back etc

3. The size of the prints (A5,A4, A3).
